VISITORS’ GUIDE TO ENJOYING JUPITER BAY
Each year, many visitors and owner guests vacation at one of our three major condominium areas; Jupiter Bay, Jupiter Bay East, or Plantation Villas. All three areas, consisting of 359 condominium units, are governed by the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association and managed by Triton Property Management.
The Association office is located at 275 Palm Avenue, Unit D-105, Jupiter, FL 33477. Regular business hours are from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You can communicate with the office staff via this website or by phone: (561) 746-5857.
Our Property Management firm, Triton, is a local, boutique management firm that fits our Association’s needs. Their experience, expertise, service, action, follow-through, and communication are critical to our success. Christopher Sands, a Licensed Community Association manager (LCAM), is Triton’s onsite representative who manages Jupiter Bay. He works under the leadership of his company management and our Association’s Board of Directors. Chris is a great resource to our team. He has managed both private homes and numerous condominium associations with budgets in excess of 3 million dollars. The purpose of this Visitor’s Guide is to acquaint visitors and guests with the many amenities available within our association and surrounding areas, in addition, provide information regarding the rules and regulations to assure order and harmony within our community.
